  • Matt has over 15 years experience in manufacturing and designing custom machinery, products and processes. He has designed:

    - Tight Tolerance manufacturing tooling for high speed produciton equipment. This equipment produced metal parts at a rate of 1,200 per minute, with tolerances of 0.002" or less.

    - Tool and die set to recreate the manufacturing process of an old product that had not been made since 1952 and was out of supply in the market.

    - Process improvements to automate existing production lines and increase efficiencies.

    - Cellular Manufacturing equipment to increase operator safety, process control and throughput.

    - Process Flows to implement the manufacture of new products.

    - Manufacturing plant layouts, staffing plans, Supply Chain Management.

    - He has also transitioned ideas from concept, through the prototyping phase and into full rate Production.

    Matt earned the rank of Eagle Scout when he was 16 years old, and is a veteran of the United States Navy. He served as an Aviation Electrician's Mate where he repaired electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic equipment for various airframes including the SH-3 Sea King, CH-46 Sea Knight, MH-53 Sea Stallion, SH-60 Seahawk, P-3 Orion, A-4 Skyhawk, F/A-18 Hornet and the F-14 Tomcat.
